These terms apply to use of goodproteinqz.shop and purchases from goodproteinqz. By using our store, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our policies form part of the information provided for your purchase.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or act with the permission of a parent or guardian where appropriate. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Keep account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, ingredients, sizes and variant information appear on the relevant product page and packaging. Check suitability, allergens and preparation instructions before use. Images can vary with screen settings and packaging updates. Products are subject to availability. We aim for accurate information and will address material inaccuracies. We do not offer medical advice or promise that a product treats or prevents a health condition.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Discounts, applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Standard Shipping within Canada is free. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance and fulfilment remain subject to availability and payment validation. If we need to refuse, cancel or correct an order because of an error, unavailability, suspected fraud or a legal restriction, we will contact you and address any payment already received. We do not use these terms to remove mandatory consumer remedies.

Changes, cancellation and payment

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We can help where processing permits, but changes after dispatch may require the return process. Payment methods available for your transaction appear in checkout and are described in our Payment Policy. Do not send complete card information to support.

Shipping, returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy explains processing of 1–2 business days, approximately 4–6 business days in transit and normal total delivery of approximately 5–8 business days. These are estimates. Our Return and Refund Policy provides 30-day eligible returns and exchanges, merchant-paid approved return shipping, no restocking fee and approved refunds within 10 business days after receipt and review, to the original payment method. Provider posting time can be additional.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, fraud, harassment, malicious code, interference with store security or infringement of others’ rights. Site text, design, trademarks and images belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Shopping access does not grant permission to commercially reuse protected materials or imply an unconfirmed affiliation.

Third-party services and errors

Shopify and independent providers support hosting, checkout and related services. External services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law. If you notice an error in product information, pricing or an order, contact us so we can investigate. Material order changes will be explained rather than silently imposed.

Liability and consumer protections

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accept liability for losses unrelated to a reasonably foreseeable breach of our obligations. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory rights relating to product quality, misleading information, delivery, cancellation or refunds. Applicable statutory protections take precedence over conflicting terms.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, without removing mandatory protections or lawful remedies available to a consumer in their province or territory. We may update these terms for future use and orders, posting the revised version here. Changes do not retroactively remove rights under an existing order. Contact our store to resolve a concern or request information.
